,Heartwarming and magical Beautifully and richly illustrated, this book tells the story of Krishna, a gentle man and costume designer who befriends a mischievous yet troubled monkey and, in doing so, demonstrates the importance of forgiveness, understanding and patience. The story evokes the exotic and colourful atmosphere of Jaipur giving young readers a feast for the imagination.

Just a delightful and beautifully illustrated story  This is a little gem of a book, beautifully written and illustrated. Set in India's Pushkar Camel Fair, it lovingly evokes the details and feeling of another culture, beautifully envisioned in the accompanying illustrations. Nonetheless, it is a universal story about the beauty and importance of kindness, understanding and friendship. A fun and interesting read, that left me feeling uplifted and happy. Enjoy!  A wonderful story of new friendships set in India. The story flows with visions of the vibrant colours and the rich culture of India.
